The Powertracer platform matches the meter data at the solar and wind farm or other customers' rooftops with the smart meter data at your house, during the same half hour period. There are 48 half hour intervals every day and the software calculates the trades over the 24 hour cycle. Once you’ve signed up, you can access the Powertracer platform to see where every unit of energy has come from and (if you have solar on the roof) where your solar kWhs are going.
