After you have signed up to Enosi's Powertracer platform through one of our partner retailers (see How do I sign up to Powertracer). You will receive an email asking you to complete your registration.

In this email click on the "Set up account" button.

Fill in your account's email (this should match the email address that you received this email on) and the new password to your account and click on "Register". Make sure that your password matches the requirements outlined below the box:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one of these special characters ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , < > ' : ; | _ ~ `

A green message should appear stating that your registration was successful.

You can now log on to the platform using your email address and newly set password.
